Attendance
All the students are required to maintain an attendance of 80% in every module (in both theory and laboratory sessions separately).
For a student failing to meet the attendance requirements due to various reasons, following will be applicable:
- 1. Attendance between 70% and 79.0%, student will have to pay a penalty at the time of submission of the assignment
- 2. If the attendance is below 70%, the result is marked as 'Fail' in the module and requires a re-registration with the prescribed fee for
that module.
Module Delivery
The module leader/s will deliver the module as per the session time-table prepared and published. The module, normally will have both theory and laboratory sessions.

All such assessed work will be documented under the head of written examination and must be assessed for 100 marks and reduced to 50% weightage
II. Assignment
Assignment needs to be assessed for 50% weightage. Every module in the Full-time and Part-time route will have an assignment structure as follows:

- A minimum of 40 % marks in the examination and a minimum of 40% marks in the assignment are required for a pass.
- A student failing in any one of the components or both is considered as FAIL. A failed student is required to re-register for the module in the next offering. A maximum of 3 attempts including the original are allowed.
