  • Actuators:
    Hydraulic actuator, pneumatic actuator.
    Motor drives: stepper motors, brush less DC motors, AC servomotors, etc., Motor drive applications in automobiles.
  • Interfacing technique using 8051 Microcontroller:
    Introduction, Architecture, Registers, Addressing Modes, Instruction Set, Embedded C.
    Programming, SFRs, Interrupts, Serial Communication, Timers, Memory Interfacing and Microcontroller based system design.
