The field of Digital Signal Processing has seen explosive growth in various application areas during the past three decades, as phenomenal advances have been made both in research and technology. The applications of Digital Signal Processing have proved very effective in wireless and multimedia applications; speech, audio, video coding; medical imaging; satellite imaging; geographical information systems, weather forecasting systems, noise & vibration analysis, seismic signal analysis, RADAR & SONAR applications etc.

This training programme provides the necessary academic background and skill development in the area of digital signal processing technology. On completion of the training programme, the delegate can seek challenging career options both in hardware and software development related to signal processing in any of the areas mentioned above.

The course aims:

  • To add value to the basic qualification of candidates/delegates by enhancing their skill levels to meet the industrial requirements such as MATLAB, Code Composer Studio etc.
  • To provide hands-on experience on various signal processors from TI .
  • To equip the candidates / delegates to execute the design process by providing knowledge of Signal Analysis, time and frequency analysis, filter design, DSP and embedded processors, speech, image, audio and video processing, etc.
  • To carry out an industry relevant project starting from an algorithm to implementation.
  • To keep the delegate abreast with the recent developments and applications of Digital Signal Processing Technologies.
