ACTP in Embedded System Design

Embedded System is a physical system with a computing system embedded in it, to execute a specific task. Computing systems used in embedded systems have constraints like power consumption, storage space, and size and necessarily have to operate in real time. The challenge lies in design and integration of hardware and software to meet the constraints.
Microprocessor based system design industry has undergone revolutionary changes in the past decade and stressed upon the importance of integration of hardware and software in the design of system. The field is renamed as Embedded Systems where the Microprocessor is treated as a programmable hardware and the complete system design is aimed at giving predictable real-time performance.
The delegates of this course can seek their career opportunity in all electronic and control system development industries, developing systems to meet specific applications.

The course aims:

  • To add value to the basic qualification of candidates/delegates by enhancing their skill levels to meet industrial requirements
  • To equip the candidate/delegate to execute the design process by providing knowledge of Embedded Linux, Embedded Network, and Embedded Hardware’s with processors like ARM and PowerPC, Real Time Operating Systems like VxWorks.
  • To keep the delegate abreast with the recent developments and applications of embedded system technology
