About the Club

The SAEINDIA collegiate club at MSRSAS offers its members organized programmes and activities, fellowships, and leadership experience. The student members of SAEINDIA are also entitled to many services available to SAEINDIA’s regular members.

• Activities:

  • The student members themselves, through the elected officers, administer Collegiate Club affairs. The activities of the club include

    • > Arranging for engineering authorities to provide informal and informative meetings with student members
      
    • > Stimulating student participation in projects that require the application of engineering knowledge and promote professional growth
    • > Visits to industrial plants and engineering research organizations
    • > Encouraging students to prepare technical presentations for collegiate club meetings, section meetings and for entry in student level    competitions, seminars and conferences.
    • > Providing students opportunities to gain experience in administering organizational activities, meetings, speaking before groups, etc.
    • > Providing  opportunities and encouragement  to participate in design competitions
    > Interaction with the local SAE Section through attending meetings, expert lectures and taking part in various activities organized.

Facilities Available

• The Club does not require any exclusive resources. For organization of the meetings, to work on projects involving design /fabrication, the School’s existing facilities are adequate.

How to join

• 1. The student interested in joining the club should become a student member of SAEINDIA through a formal application process.
  2. Applicant must be a college/university student leading to any bachelor, masters, or doctoral degree in engineering.
